YO-TAI

A combination of Yoga and Tai Chi techniques are incorporated into an alternative exercise program. A regular Yo-Tai practice improves posture, breathing, strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination and promotes relaxation.Yo-tai benefits people with physical disabilities, seniors, the working population that experience stress and patients suffering from neurological problems such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and stroke.
