JANE JACOBS, RN

Mary
Jane Jacobs, RN is
the Administrator of AQTS. She received her Bachelor’s
in Nursing from UTHSC-SA and a B.S. in Biology from UTSA.
Mary Jane has over 15 years of nursing experience in
a variety of backgrounds. She has worked as a Case Manager
and a QA nurse in the hospital setting as well as in
the managed care arena. She has been with AQTS since
2004 and was previously the Director of Nursing.
Her
extensive experience in working with physicians, insurance
companies, Home Health agencies, DME, and government agencies,
enables her to meet the client’s needs and provide
highest quality care.
Mary
Jane is a member of the Case Manager Society of South Texas.
She has been a resident of San Antonio area since childhood.
She lives a busy life with her husband and two children.

GARY
UNDERWOOD, OTR
DIRECTOR OF THERAPY
ACCESS QUALITY THERAPY SERVICES, INC.
Gary
Underwood, OTR is
the Director of Therapy for Access Quality Therapy Services.
As the Director of Therapy, Gary is responsible for the
administration of the agency’s physical, occupational,
and speech therapists and monitoring of appropriate staffing
and productivity in the home health and outpatient rehabilitation
setting as well as the agency’s nursing home and
satellite delivery sites.
A
20-year veteran of the US Navy and a graduate of the University
of Texas Health Science Center, Gary is an occupational
therapist and has experience in work hardening, work conditioning,
and pain management programs. Gary has recently been certified
in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and completed
the Basic Administrators Course for Home and Community
Support & Service Agencies, both in 2006. He
is currently slated to attend the Advanced Administrators
course for Home and Community Support & Service Agencies
in 2007.
Gary
enjoys his life in San Antonio with his wife Susan, and
two daughters where he enjoys boating and spending time
with his family.
