For over 10 years, the HomeCare Elite recognition program has listed the top 25 percent of home health agencies in the country. Congratulations! We are proud to name your organization among the 2016 HomeCare Elite!
Brought to you by ABILITY® Network and DecisionHealth, HomeCare Elite honors the top-performing agencies as measured by five categories: quality of care (outcomes), best practice (process measure) implementation, quality improvement and consistency, patient experience (HHCAHPS), and financial performance. The 2016 HomeCare Elite was compiled using publicly available data from Home Health Compare and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Cost Reports. The HomeCare Elite also recognizes the Top 100 and Top 500 providers nationwide. Out of 9,406 agencies considered, 2,353 are HomeCare Elite.
ABILITY Network is a leading healthcare information technology company helping providers and payers simplify the administrative and clinical complexities of healthcare through innovative applications and data analytics. DecisionHealth is the publisher of Home Health Line, The Complete Home Health ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Coding Manual and The Home Health Coding Center.
HomeCare Elite began in 2005. Over the course of this program, only 110 agencies achieved HomeCare Elite recognition every year. And, out of this year’s 2,353 home health agencies, only 1,391 repeated recognition from 2015 to 2016. This accomplishment is not easy and your agency and staff deserve recognition.
Your agency’s achievement is already being recognized within the home health community. The 2016 HomeCare Elite was announced on October 23, 2016, at NAHC.
Our mission is to provide the best possible care that patients expect and deserve.
